For example, I have a sales team that takes my initial calls, this is very helpful because I spend much of my time meeting new customers face-to-face, so I wouldn’t have the ability to answer all the calls myself. I get help with things that I’m not as familiar with, such as digital marketing – which is where most of my customers have come from so far.”
